Our physical practice is built around four primary monthly sequences: Front Body, Back Body, Side Body, and Strength. Each sequence includes an All Levels practice, a 30 Minute practice, and a Restorative practice, creating a balanced approach to movement, breath, recovery, and awareness. Rooted in traditional yoga principles instructed and curated by Rameen Peyrow. The practice is designed to support consistency, depth, and long-term development.
