Do I need to commit to a certain amount of months on my monthly membership?

No. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time.

What's the difference between the membership types?

Our Core membership gives you access to our core monthly sequences only. Our Premium membership gives you access to our core monthly sequences, as well as our archive of over 150 practice videos. Our LIVE + Premium membership gives you access everything that our Premium membership includes, plus access to daily live classes.

How do you live classes work?

We offer a variety of daily live classes, led by your favourite teachers. Access our daily schedule by clicking LIVE in our main site navigation. From there, click on a class you'd like to join. Our schedule automatically converts to your timezome, wherever you're joining us from.

I used to be a SOS/SATTVA Yoga Online member. Will I still get a free trial?

Our free trial is for new members only. If you sign up for a membership, you'll be billed immediately. Your membership can be cancelled at anytime.

How do I login to my existing account?

From our Home page, click MEMBERS in our main site navigation. Clicking on any members content will prompt you to login. You can also click the "Your Account" button found in our site footer.

  • Click the Your Account button found at the bottom of our MEMBERS page, or in our site footer.
  • Click the Log out link in the login pop-up that appears.

I forgot my password. Help!

If you forget your password, follow the instructions below.

  • Click MEMBERS in our main site navigation.
  • Click the Forgot password link in the login pop-up that appears.
  • Follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I update my credit card

information? To update your credit card information, follow the instructions below.

  • Click the Your Account button found at the bottom of our MEMBERS page, or in our site footer.
  • Click the Update credit card link under Billing.
  • Enter your new card information and click Update Credit Card.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, follow the instructions below.

  • Click the Your Account button found at the bottom of our MEMBERS page, or in our site footer.
  • Click the View or cancel plans link under Billing.
  • Click the Cancel subscription link under your plan.
