We encourage a self led approach to the practice, giving you the space to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and return to the sequences that support you most.
Each Volume includes the four core sequences Front, Back, Side, and Strength, designed to support balance, awareness, mobility, and stability throughout the body. Three Volumes together create one complete Block, allowing the practice to unfold progressively over time.
